Draw Mechanics

Choose your competition depending on which area your postcode belongs to.
Answer the skill question correctly.
Select the number of tickets you would like to purchase.
“Enter” the competition.
Review your basket and “Proceed to checkout”.
Enter your personal details for your account, select your method of payment, agree to the terms and conditions and “Place order”.
Receive your order and ticket number(s) immediately and wait for the Draw.

Our competitions last for a fixed amount of time, or until all tickets in a competition have been sold. Details for each draw are featured on the Live Competitions page on our website.

The prize draw will take place once the fixed time period ends, or once all tickets in a competition have been sold. Our software system will automatically choose the winner at random immediately once either of the above has been met, the winner will then be published instantaneously within the corresponding competition for everyone to see. Winners will also be notified by email and contacted directly to arrange delivery of their prize.

Competitions are open to all residents in the UK with a qualifying postcode and who are aged 18 years or over, except members of the immediate families or households of the promoter.

Tickets

The maximum number of tickets for each competition is displayed in the draw details. This maximum number is fixed and will not change.

Both the maximum number of tickets for sale, and the total of tickets sold so far, are displayed in the draw details.

Once the payment process has been completed you will receive your ticket number(s) immediately, you will also receive an email containing your ticket details.

In a nutshell…? A lot higher than any other competition website out there. Each competition has a fixed number of available tickets for purchase. Your chances of winning can be calculated from the number of tickets you have purchased from the overall number of tickets available for each competition. The maximum number of tickets available for each competition is fixed and will not change once the competition is live.

You can view your tickets and transactions in the “My Account” section of the website.

Unfortunately not, the purchase of a ticket is final and cannot be either amended or withdrawn.

Payment

The cost of each ticket is clearly stated by each competition and won’t change during the sale period.

We use secure, encrypted connections across our website and do not hold your card details on our servers.

Prize Mechanics

Winners will be contacted using the email address and mobile number associated with their registered account. Please also check back on the website after each prize draw where the winner will also be featured.

We will arrange delivery of your prize with you directly, delivered to you either in person or by bank transfer.

To ensure transparency and compliance, we would like to take a photo of you and your prize to go on to the winners page of our website. This is not mandatory and there will be no pressure to do so.

We will contact all winners using the registered email and mobile number on their account, so please ensure these are kept up to date. If we are unable to reach you within 7 days we reserve the right to claim the prize, although, we are pretty cool cats, so we would just do a live draw using Google’s random number generator and pass the prize on. The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
